Felix Family Foster Care is a 245D licensed provider in the state of Minnesota. Our staff have been working in different health care settings since 2017. We strive to make it possible for our clients to live independently and comfortably. Felix Family Foster Care is spacious home that sits on almost 3 acres of land in New Prague, MN. We have three large single bedrooms and two living rooms equipped with television and internet. It’s located within a short drive to prior Lake and Downtown New Prague where there is stores, library, parks, restaurants and outdoor recreation. Felix Family Foster Care provides services to Adults with Disabilities, DD and other special needs. Felix Family Foster Care staff have a great passion to help others live a comfortable life by providing high quality services in a safe environment that will make you feel at home. We provide services with highly trained staff in this field. We thoroughly follow and enforce the rules and regulations mandated by the DHS policies and procedures. We are licensed under 245D for permanent placement along with Respite care. Felix Family Foster Care provides licensed adult foster care in Scott County.
