Our facility offers a range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, nutritious meals, and engaging social and recreational programming. We are committed to fostering dignity, respect, and a strong sense of belonging for every individual we serve.
We are currently accepting referrals for clients aged 55+, CADI and ELDERLY Waiver who may benefit from a supportive living environment and those with wheelchairs. We welcome individuals with varying levels of need, including those requiring assistance with daily functioning, transitioning from independent living, or seeking a more structured and supportive setting.
Our interdisciplinary team works closely with residents, families, and referring professionals to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care. We strive to collaborate with you to provide the best outcomes for your clients.
