Approach Enterprise Home AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICE (HCBS) is a licensed provider in the Minnesota, which are in St. Paul and Rosedale. Approach has a well experienced staffs who has been in health care system for over 15 years. We have fully wheelchair access, ramp to get in and out of the house, back yard with wheelchair access, all rooms are private in one level, brand new walk in showers in the same level next to the bedrooms, designated indoor and outdoor smoking areas, staffed with  24/7 RN on call for any after-hour needs, and fully staffed around the clock for support and to provide bellow services.

Staff provide personal care, meal preparation, laundry, set up & administer medications, assist with medical & nonmedical transportation, assist with all medical related appointments, help with socialization, housekeeping, individualized activity, staff transport client for personal shopping once or twice a week, etc
