 I want to introduce and welcome you to ArkHaven Home Care, LLC. The Minnesota Department of Health licensed us as a Comprehensive Home Care provider with a housing services designation.

Our vision is to become a premier housing with services/assisted living provider that combines skill, passion, and integrity in serving the needs of those under our care. Our mission is to provide elders and individuals with mental health and physical limitations a safe place that takes care of them with compassion and dedication. We are now accepting patients with CADI, TBI, Elderly waivers, Private pay, and MA.

ArkHaven Home Care currently has 5 bedrooms available at our assisted living facility. We have 3 bedrooms on the main floor (wheelchair accessible) and 2 large bedrooms on the lower level. Each person will have their own private room.

Services we offer include:

• Registered Nursing services

• Medication management services

• Medication administration, assistance, and reminders

• Delegated tasks to Unlicensed Personnel (Home Health Aid)

• Eating assistance for clients with complicated eating disorders

• Assistance with dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, grooming, toileting, and bathing

• Following up with Health Care Providers (MD, NP, DO)

• And more

• Newly renovated large bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fireplace

• Accessible (ramp for wheelchair and accessible toilets)

• TV, internet, phone

• The large yard around the property for activities

• 24/7 staff available

• 24/7 nurse on call

• Alert/push-button call system
