Our business is currently licensed through Mn DHS with Assisted Living Licensure. Care4life is in a quiet residential area in Burnsville. This home has 4 spacious bedrooms. We would offer skilled nursing care for up to 5 adults in a homelike setting. The home is managed by an experienced nurse that would assess, plan and set achievable goals accordingly to every client’s needs. She’ll advocate and represent any adults with medical, traumatic brain injury, mental health, or developmental disabilities diagnosis. Our compassionate caregivers are trained to provide therapeutic excellent quality care around the clock supporting our residents with medical or behavioral challenges. Our vibrant staff would assist clients with their daily living activities, provide mental health, cognitive or behavioral concerns, or any health related services. They’ll also manage clients home tasks, provide non-medical transportation and social activities. We’ll be offering individualized care while supporting and honoring residential independence, cultural needs, preferences and choices.
