In providing care to our clients, we recognize that clients and their families have certain rights to self-determination. They have the right to participate in the planning of their care, to make decisions about their health care, and to maintain their independence as long as possible.

By providing continuing care to clients in their own homes, home health services minimize the effects of illness, accident, or disability. We’re close to everything: two newly renovated parks, Silver Lake access, ball fields, Maplewood Mall, Park and Ride, 694, Hwy 36 Century College, churches, schools. For those who commute, the Express Bus stops right beside the house.
