We serve ALL ages of adults in our two homes! As of 7/1/2022 we have a total of 3 openings in our homes.  Two are in Rogers one is in Elk River. All 3 rooms just became available and are very large rooms!

Diane’s Place is a NEW HOME that OPENED February 15, 2021!

Diane’s Place is a 4 year-old beautiful rambler in Elk River with 6 private bedrooms.  It is on the bus line and is located very close to Walmart, Home Depot and various eating establishments.

Our caregivers are awake 24/7 and we have the following benefits and services:

1. Wheelchair accessible main level bath.
2. Wheelchair lift in the garage.
3. Full fire suppression with 24/7 monitoring.
4. Key fob’s to come in and out, however it is our residents’ home and they can come and go with a companion.
5. All cares and ADL’s, included except for specialties.
6. Home-made meals.
7. Garden, rhubarb, fenced back yard and rose bushes!
8. Awesome staff, an RN and an LPN who work in both homes.
9. A park down the road!
10. Spa whirlpool tub.
