We serve ALL ages of adults in our two homes! As of 5/10/2022 we have a total of 3 openings in our homes. Two are in Rogers one is in Elk River. All 3 rooms just became available and are very large rooms!
Family Tree Homes, LLC is the new option for the disabled and senior care ~ especially those with dementia or memory issues. We provide assisted living and memory care in a beautiful privates located in Rogers and Elk River. If your loved one can no longer live safely in their home, or you have been told they need skilled nursing care, we would love to serve their needs in our residential homes. Gone is the institutional, sterile, impersonal environment commonly seen in nursing homes and apartment-like assisted living. Family Tree Homes are warm, inviting and full of loving care. Our caregivers are awake 24/7 to ensure they are immediately available for our residents. We have private and semi-private rooms and accept all waivers. This also includes CADI Waiver, Elderly Waiver, private payment, long-term care, VA benefits and some life insurances.
