Our Friendly Adult Foster Care is owned and operated by family who has direct care experiences for over 15 years. Experience as Human Service, Social services and Healthcare.  We offer an environment where you are free to do what you like while enjoying the peace of mind that comes from living in a setting where your safety is ensured 24 hours a day. We provide a person-centered care to meet the exact needs of our individuals. We offers support for individuals with a wide range of disabilities, from physical health, mental health to chemical dependency. We provide services to all individuals over 18 years, and we accept CADI waiver, DD waiver, BI waiver, and CAC waiver

Services:

We staff our homes 24/7, and we ensure each staff member delivers personalized, person-centered services. Depending on individuals need, Friendly Adult Foster Care provides varying levels of assistance, including:

• Dressing and bathing, Preparation and serving meals, Medication reminders and managing/administering,
• Housekeeping and laundry.
• Transportation to appointments, errands & shopping.
• Scheduling doctor appointment
• Teaching real-life skills for greater independence
• Providing safe, secure living facilities to provide greater peace of mind
• Dining together, and outing in the community
• Private room etc.
