Helping Hands Foster Care is a 245D licensed provider in the state of Minnesota. Our staff have been working in the health care field in different health care settings since 1989.  We strive to make it possible for our clients to live independently as well as live comfortably. Helping Hands Foster Care is a spacious home on Prior Lake,MN.  We have 4  large single bedrooms and 3 living rooms equipped with Dish Tv  and internet. It is located within short distance of downtown Prior Lake and Savage making it close to stores, library, parks, restaurants and outdoor recreation. Helping Hands Foster Care  provides services to  Adults with Disabilities, DD,  and others with special needs. Helping Hands Foster Care staff has a great passion to help people live a comfortable life by providing high quality services in a safe environment which provides a comfortable living space that will make you feel at home.  We provide exceptional services with highly trained staff  in this field. We diligently follow and enforce the rules and regulations mandated by the DHS policies and procedures. We are licensed under 245D for permanent placement along with Respite care.   Helping Hands Foster Care provides licensed adult foster care in Scott County.

General Care

• 24-hour supervision, staff supervised at night round the clock care
• 3 meals per day will be provided with wide range of menu along with unlimited snacks
• Laundry service
• Assistance maintaining a clean-living environment within personal living space
• Each resident will have their own comfortable Private bedroom
• Each resident will have access to high speed Internet
• Share a living room area and the kitchen.

Medical Care

• Medicine setup along with med assistance
• 24-hour assistance
• Some Transportation Services provided in addition to Metro Mobilty and Transit Link
• Shower/personal care assistance upon request or if needed

Social Care

• Weekend outings and some weekday activities.
• Encourage and support contact with family and friends
• Visitations are permitted with prior approval.

• Helping Hands Foster Care will work with the individual client’s goals and will facilitate opportunities to learn independent living skills.
