Welcome to Minnesota Wellness Center LLC’s “Serenity Home.” A maximum of 4 residents in our Assisted Living Services setting share a home. Each person has their own bedroom TV; other living spaces are shared, offering a great opportunity to socialize and develop friendships.
We help each person live as independently as possible, while still providing a safe and supportive

Professional Staff

All our staff is trained in CPR, First Aid and the Vulnerable Adult/Maltreatment of Minor Act. In addition, all staff receives ongoing specialized training based on the physical and emotional needs of each individual we support.

Minnesota Wellness Center

Residents and their families have a peace of mind knowing MWC offers a professional team that assists with all of your daily living needs. Services are tailored to each resident’s needs. Our professional and caring team provides assistance 24-hours a day. A complimentary on-site assessment can be scheduled with our caring team to determine an estimate of care fees.

Transportation

Along with the sense of community, MWC recognizes the significance of transportation to access the community. We support people in participating fully in community activities. Rides will be provided to residents for medical appointments and community activities.

Resident Dining

At Minnesota Wellness Center Assisted Living Homes, we strive for a flawless dining experience. We serve fresh and delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners prepared every day by our professionally trained chefs. Our Culinary Team cooks healthy and hearty comfort food that nourishes our residents and helps them feel at home. Meals are served in our dining room or in the client’s room.

Thirsty or want a snack? Help yourself to our 24-hour beverage station and snack room or sip a fresh-brewed cup of coffee. Try a refreshing glass of juice or a specialty cappuccino. Hungry? From scratch-cooked soups and seasonal fruits and vegetables to sinful desserts, we pride ourselves on a mouthwatering menu that pleases the palette and stimulates the senses.

Whether you are on a Special diets, lactose intolerant, gluten-free or on a low-sodium diet, our kind and courteous staff will do our best to meet your dietary and nutritional needs. Don’t miss our summer barbecues and monthly made-to-order breakfasts!
