Our Community Residential Setting (CRS) provides services under Minnesota Statute 245D. We specialize in serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as mental health diagnoses. Our safe, person-centered, and culturally respectful home environment supports independence and well-being. Our trained staff provide assistance with daily living skills, medication management, behavioral support, and community integration.
