New Hope AFC is located in Andover MN. We are a State and County licensed entity of Family Adult Foster Care. We are committed to not only providing living services but creating a safe and welcoming environment for people to live and interact with others. We value family values like respect, compassion, honesty, and cleanliness. We want to build relationships with our clients and see this as necessary to a good environment. a client who may choose to reside in our place will have preferences in their dietary needs, transportation, medication and administration, emotional support, and 24-hour care services. We accept all people regardless of age, race, sex, disability, or religion.
The facility home is brand new, completed in 2024. The entire house is wheelchair accessible. There are ramps to enter through the garage and sidewalk walkways to the patio area. Inside, we have an electric stair lift and bathroom handrails to ensure safety. The rooms have plenty of space for clients to bring in personal items. We accept pets. Each client will have their bathroom, and won’t have to share with other people in the home.
Near the home are shopping centers with stores like Target, Starbucks, Riverdale Mall, Festival, Dollar Tree, and many gas stations.
Transportation is provided or can be arranged.
Funding accepted: DD Waiver, CAC, CADI Waiver, TBI, Elderly Waiver, Private Pay, Medical Assistance.
