REJUVNCARE LLC has open beds in our Shakopee location for 18 years and older CADI and also in our Eagan, Rosemount, Savage and Lakeville locations (55 years and above CADI client) . These houses are both Handicap and wheelchair accessible; ramps, stair lift, Hoyer lift and EZ stand. Roll in bath and grab bars, 36” wide doors etc.
We are currently accepting residents in need of assistance with the following:
• Mental health challenges
• Medication management
• BI
• Alzheimer’s
• Activities of daily living
• Diabetic management
• Other Homecare needs ( Meal preparation that comprises of breakfast, lunch, supper with two snacks, laundry, etc.)
Rejuvncare LLC is a 24-hour Assisted Living / customized living home provider, with 24/7 staffing services.
Here are some of the amenities we offer:
• Elegant home with free Wi-Fi and Cable, great outdoor scenery with water fountains and flowers.
• Split unit house with common areas located on both floors with cable TVs
• Private rooms with a mini-refrigerator, TV with Cable and internet, closet, dressers, night lamp, nightstand, Etc.
• 1:1, and group socialization include but are not limited to only movies, card games, etc.
• We are GRH certified.
