Designed with warmth and accessibility in mind, our home features:
Four spacious private bedrooms that provide both comfort and privacy. Inviting common areas for socializing, activities, and relaxation including a recreational room, dining room, and living room. A fully equipped kitchen and dining space for shared meals and daily living. Three accessible bathrooms designed for safety and ease of use, and laundry facilities available on the lower level.
We’re proud to offer 24-hour support from compassionate, trained staff who are dedicated to helping each resident reach their personal goals. Whether through life skills development, community outings, or simply enjoying a cozy evening at home, our team ensures every individual feels valued and supported.
This home currently can provide supports to individuals with a range of developmental disabilities, from mild-severe as well as Down Syndrome, and other behavioral needs. Current residents are 50 years old and above. The home is located within a two-story building, requiring two sets of stairs to be climbed in order to access the home. Corner Place is close to local parks, shopping, healthcare, and community centers—making it easy for residents to stay connected and engaged. This home would not be a good fit for those with elopement concerns, as it is located near three busy streets and is directly in front of a railroad.
