Thrive Youth Services LLC, located in Golden Valley, MN provides intensive individual development services that aim to improve the quality of life and experiences for our residents. We work closely with various medical professionals, psychiatrists, psychologists, independent living skills workers, and PCA service providers in facilitating special programming that is designed specifically with each individual in mind. We are a person centered facility, which means our residents are encouraged to exercise their rights. Our staff are trained to help residents understand their options and only coach them on how to chose the best one. Each facility is managed by strong and compassionate Program managers who understands the importance of the work we are doing each and every day and it shows in our many succesful client cases.

We offer in-home and out of home crisis respite services which is a temporary placement/service designed to rehabilitate, Manage and/or identify complicated behaviors.

We offer in home support services, This program was designed to support individuals in their home and and also navigate the the community. IHS workers assist individuals with doctors appointments, establishing services through other providers such as the different therapies and also assist with Personal skill building and ADLS.

We offer Traditional foster care services which is long term, out of home placement for residents waiting for adoption and in some cases, waiting to age out of foster care.

We also offer adult foster care services which is a transitional placement for adult residents who aged out of child foster care and could use additional support before living independently or for adult residents who rely on 24/7 care due to a mental or physical disability or medical illness.
