Total Living Commitment (TLC) is a small, family run provider located in the southwest metro. We have a rare opening in one of our three homes. Our Heritage House is located on a beautiful one-acre private hilltop property in the heart of Eden Prairie. The home dates back to the 1880’s and is a designated Eden Prairie Heritage Site.

This program began in 2005 and moved to this wonderful old home in 2009. We have an opening for an adult female to join our three ladies who have lived together since 2005. We enjoy the outdoors, barbecues with friends, swimming at another TLC home, going to plays, shopping and other activities, and lots of community walks.
