Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, our residence is just five minutes from M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital, providing quick access to quality medical care.

Our residence is designed for adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders, offering the support they need to achieve maximum independence. At Oasis, our residents live and learn on their own terms and at their own pace, empowering them to lead fulfilling and self-directed lives in a supportive and enriching environment.
