24 hours customized living services
Registered Nurse Services
Medication Management Services
Help with medication (set-up and monitoring, visual or verbal reminders, administration, or assistance with self-administration)
Delegated tasks to unlicensed personnel
Hands-on assistance with transfers and mobility
Complex or specialty healthcare services
Assistance with dressing, self-feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, grooming, toileting, and bathing
Providing standby assistance within arm’s reach for safety while performing daily activities
Prepare three nutritious Meals and two health snacks per day
Laundry
Housekeeping/Other household chores
Mental Health Management and Behavioral support
Behavior management and monitoring
Weekly shopping services
Transportation
Medical appointments, recreational activities, and socialization outing
