Care Partners Homecare LLC is a nurses’ owned operated Comprehensive Home Care and Assisted Living Company. Our focus on providing services to clients in small residential Assisted Living setting, which allow our clients to continue to experience living at home.
The nurses who operate Care Partners Homecare LLC have worked in many health care setting, including ICU, Med-Surgical Nursing, Pediatric, Mental Health, Neuro and spine, Long Term Care and Home Care setting. Our experiences give us the unique insight about the health care needs of our client. As a result of these experiences, we provide comprehensive services including personal support services for healthcare facilities, communities and in-home services throughout the Twin Cities (Please ask one of community liaison for area of coverage). Our ultimate goal is to be your partnership in care.
