Services Provided

Staff:

Highly skilled and experienced staff available 24/7, including on-site Registered Nurse and RN on-call and on-call Nurse Practitioner support at all times.
Doctor of Nurse Practice, Nurse practitioner available to help with treating and managing the medical needs of clients.
Holistic care approach addressing medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Care & Support Services:

Fully support with ADLs
Three nutritious meals daily with snacks provided.
Comprehensive medication management, including oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, IV, and insulin administration.
Tube feeding and 24-hour supervised customized living services.
Respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and tracheostomy care.
Colostomy, Foley catheter care, drain care and other wound care.
Assistance with medical appointments and coordination with healthcare providers.
