Services are centered in the home and in the community, as designated by the person- served, family, and team. The main goal in our home is to support persons served as they develop to their fullest potential, achieving the most normal lifestyle possible within a supervised setting. Goals and daily needs are met either by the resident when capable or with assistance from our direct care staff.
Residents have a private room because we believe that our residents need their own space to foster independence. There are shared spaces with tv, cable, and internet for the resident’s entertainment.
Residents are transported by staff to appointments, and activities including fairs, sporting events, the library, and more. Our homes create unique activity plans, depending on the residents, but with a consistent focus on activities that promote life skills, independent living skills, and positive socialization
