Family Tree Homes, LLC is a new option for the disabled, adults with special needs, or adults who are in need of memory care. We provide our services in a beautiful private home located in Rogers, 5 minutes from the Maple Grove hospital. If your loved one can no longer live safely at home, or you have been told they need skilled nursing care, we would love to serve their needs in our residential home. Gone is the institutional, sterile, impersonal environment commonly seen in nursing homes. Family Tree Homes are warm, inviting and full of loving care.
Our caregivers are awake 24/7 to ensure they are immediately available for our residents. Our homes are fully handicapped accessible with a wheelchair lift, and roll-in shower. Our doors are electronically controlled to ensure those who have memory issues are safe. We are equipped with a 24/7 monitored fire suppression system throughout the home. We have private rooms and accept CADI Waiver, private payment, long-term care, VA benefits and some life insurances.
