Friendly Adult Foster Care is a family owned and operated home located in Blaine, Minnesota. Our home is owned and operated by a family with over 15 years of direct care experience in human services, social services, and healthcare. We are dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where individuals can live comfortably while maintaining their independence. We provide person centered care tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our services support adults with a wide range of needs including physical health conditions, mental health needs, and chemical dependency.

Services Provided: Our home is staffed 24 hours a day to ensure individuals receive personalized and compassionate care. Depending on the individual’s needs, Friendly Adult Foster Care provides support with Personal care including:

Dressing and bathing
Meal preparation and dining support
Medication reminders and medication administration
Housekeeping and laundry
Transportation to appointments, errands, and shopping
Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments
Teaching daily living skills to promote independence
Community outings
Private bedroom
