Nathan’s AFC have long-time experienced employees as care givers in a different healthcare .We are CARF accredited for our services offered through our employment Services division. These services are: Exploration, Development, Support, VRS Services. We provide meals three times a day and snacks 2 times and more as needed, laundry service, maintaining a clean-living environment within personal living space Dr. appointment. The guardians and visitors have the right to visit the client at any time and cannot require prior approval.
