My name is Kari Patton and I am the licensed provider at Patton Home. Patton Home is an adult family foster care, and I am looking for an addition to our already amazing group!  At Patton Home we strive to provide a safe environment for you or your loved one to call home. At Patton Home we believe in person centered care, meaning you or your loved ones care will be based off of their strengths to promote the most independence possible. At Patton Home you or your loved one would have their own room, a shared bathroom, and shared community areas. At Patton Home we believe community integration is a very important part of ensuring you or your loved one is living the healthiest and best life, and we do this by attending events such as project challenge dances and events, Special Olympic sports, and planning group outings such as bowling, movies, camping, and so much more!
