Our hallways accommodate wheelchair accessibility and our bathrooms and bedrooms as well. We accept 55 years and older client, we provide activities of daily living, cooking and medication administration. We transport clients outdoor and community activities. We have a customized assisted living facility with 5 bedrooms. It is located in Burnsville, Minnesota, and in a quiet neighborhood area close to hospitals, clinics, shopping center and other events in the community. We accept clients from 55 years and older, with various waiver programs, including: CADI waiver, Elderly waiver, brain injury waiver and private pay. Our facility has ramp and wheelchair accessibility to get in and out of the facility.

Our Staff have 15 years of combined experience providing home care services. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our residents by delivering exceptional home health care services that promote independence, provide compassionate and patient centered care.
