We have an open bed at one of our homes in Braham, MN. This is in Isanti County.

Currently there are 3 individuals, male and female that live in the home. They are mild to moderately intellectually disabled. They have lived at the home together for many years. They have no physical behaviors, so the home is very quiet and low key. Ages vary anywhere from mid 30’s to 70’s. The home is staffed 24/7 or as needed with two staff in the scheduled from 9a-8p. There is awake staff on for overnights. The home is a 4-bedroom, rambler in a residential neighborhood. The bedroom that is available is on the main level of the home and it is handicapped accessible with an accessible bathroom. There are Hoyer lifts throughout the bedrooms and hallways, into the bathroom. We are looking to place someone who has minimal behaviors to keep the dynamic in the home stable for the others who currently live there. All staff are trained on feeding tubes. We are open to Male or Female.
