Northview is a one level home, in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. It does have stairs to enter the home and to the lower level. The lower level contains the laundry room, lower-level family room, bathroom, and a bedroom. The ladies living here are considered high functioning, ambulatory and independent with their personal cares with good communication skills. Low medical needs home, one overnight sleep staff.

This home has the capability to serve both men and women. The ages of the women currently living in this home ranges from 30-65 years. The ladies attend a day program during the weekdays from Monday to Friday. They enjoy activities outside of the home on the weekends and enjoy watching sports with the staff. They all enjoy watching football on Sundays during football season. The individuals in this home get along very well with each other and participate in leisure activities together or by themselves. This program provides a 24-hour staffing pattern with overnight asleep staff.  Double staffing is provided in the evenings and on the weekends when all the individuals served are home.
