This 4 bedroom home is located in a Shoreview neighborhood near Lake Josephine that has great access to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Currently 2 men and 1 women living in the home. Staff are trained to assist in all activities of daily living, including gastrostomy tube nutrition. The home is near several DT&H sites. The home is fully accessible with a mechanical lift, ramps to enter, and roll in shower.

Strong family and friend relationships are enjoyed by each of them. They make plans to be with their family and friends at times that are convenient for all involved. Our role is to help make this happen. This may involve arranging transportation; packing enough medication and assuring they have everything they need for their time away from home.
