Registered Nurse (RN) Services: On-site and on-call nursing for health monitoring, assessments, and care coordination. Medication Management: Assistance with medication administration and documentation. Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Support: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Meal Preparation: Three nutritious home-cooked meals daily, plus snacks (pork-free options available). Housekeeping & Laundry: Regular cleaning and laundry services provided. Behavioral & Mental Health Support: Staff trained to provide supportive and compassionate behavioral care. Community Integration Activities: Social, recreational, and cultural programs to enhance quality of life. Transportation Coordination: Assistance with medical appointments and community outings. Safety & Emergency Response: 24-hour monitoring, fire and disaster preparedness, and emergency planning. Resident-Centered Care Plans: Individualized service plans tailored to each resident’s needs, goals, and preferences.
