Bright Path Homes is a home health care facility and provider of Assisted Living in St. Louis Park, Minnesota committed to maintaining your loved one’s independence and assuring your peace of mind. We provide a long-term care living arrangement that provides them with help for activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, meal preparations, and medication management, along with health-related services.
We ensure our residents’ quality of care by collaborating with their family, loved ones, physicians and/or healthcare providers, and, most importantly, our residents themselves. Involving them in their own care plan is the surest way to promote their independence.
As an Assisted Living in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, Bright Path Homes offers home health care services to support our residents in their day-to-day living, aid in their recovery from their health conditions, and manage their symptoms. These services include transportation assistance, medication management, meal preparations, assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, and getting to the doctor’s office and to other appointments, among others.
