Located on a Plymouth cul-de-sac, EGH is hoping to welcome home a new person at our 24th Avenue CRS. The rambler home has two bedrooms on the top level, and two in the basement level. The open bedroom is on the basement level. The basement features a walk-out, a pond view, and a rec-room that is not frequently used. The person who occupies the lower level bedroom would have the ability to use the rec-room as he or she desires.
The home is coed and currently serves a male in his 50s, a female in her 50s, and a male in his 30s. The older male occasionally raises his voice, but there are no significant and persistent behavioral situations. The home is not fully wheelchair accessible, but does have some accessibility benefits such as grab bars in the restrooms, a ramp in the garage, and no carpeted floors. Staffing levels are 2:4 from the hours of 3p-10p M-F, 9a-10 on Sat and Sun, and a 1:4 asleep overnight every night. The disabilties of persons served include mild/moderate IDD, seizure disorder, and Down syndrome.
