H & H Group Home LLC provides assisted living services. Staffing ratio is 2:1 and it depends on the measurement of intensity of nursing care needed by a patient.
Nurse on-site every other Friday and 24 hours on call. H & H Group Home is dedicated to ensuring a high quality of life for all our residents.

Services we offer: Registered nurse support 24/7, Supervision of Medication administration, Daily Checks “are you OK”, Housekeeping and laundry, three meals per days and snacks, Assistant with personal care activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, walking, transferring, arranging doctors, and transportation
