Livewell Home Care, LLC is a Community Residential Services (CRS) facility located in Brooklyn Center, MN. We offer our residents a quiet residential style living experience with the care and amenities they would expect in a large facility. Our home is comprised of three bedrooms and bathroom on the main floor, and one bedroom and a bathroom in the basement area. All in a quiet neighborhood, with accessible parks, restaurants, and many amenities. With our staffing patterns we can achieve more one-on-one care than a traditional style Community Residential Setting facility would be able to accommodate. We have a nurse on call 24 hours a day who can manage medications and other complicated treatments. Plus, our staff of highly trained caregivers will provide round the clock supervision and care. We are currently accepting Cadi Waiver, DD Waiver, TBI clients, GRH, and private pay. Contact us directly via telephone or email today!
