Martha House is owned and operated by 2 Registered Nurses with 10+ years of experience. Safety is our #1 priority and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of care to meet our residents needs. Our team is well trained, highly motivated and compassionate.
SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide 24 hour custom living services to adults with physical and developmental disabilities, mental health needs and medically comprising conditions. Martha House provides Shared Living, In-Home Supports, Community Supports, and Skilled Nursing services. Each of these departments is designed to assist and enable each of our clients to accomplish and maintain their highest attainable living skills, and to improve their quality of life by supporting independence.
Skilled Nursing Services at Home
At Martha House, skilled nurses work to help get you back on track, and back to doing the things you love. Our nurses work with your physician to develop treatment plans tailored to your needs and treatment goals. Our patients enjoy the comfort of home, while our expertly trained staff provide compassionate care.
Martha House’s offered services include:
- RN’s available 24/7
- Medication management, teaching and administration
- Respite care
- Wound care
- Progressive mobility
- Illness assessment and instruction
- Disease management
- Post-Surgical care
- Doctor-ordered tests and procedures
WHO WE SERVE
Individuals who qualify for Medicaid home and community-based service (HCBS) waivers and private pay who are at least 18 years of age and have a developmental, physical, medical and/or psychological condition. Martha House is a 5-room assisted living home. Care and supervision is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week by certified caregivers. Located on a lovely, quiet neighborhood, Martha House is beautifully landscaped with a private and spacious yard and patio area.
