We are a licensed assisted living home serving adults 55 years and older, offering a safe, structured, and supportive environment designed to promote comfort, dignity, and independence while meeting medical and personal care needs.

Our location provides 24-hour awake staff, ensuring continuous supervision, prompt response to emergencies, and peace of mind for residents and families.

Services provided include:

Diabetic care, including blood glucose monitoring and sliding-scale insulin administration
Medication setup, administration, and ongoing monitoring
Nursing services, including RN and LPN oversight
Oxygen management and monitoring
Mental health and behavioral support, including behavior management
Psychological support services
Care coordination with clients’ physicians and psychiatrists
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
Three nutritious meals daily plus snacks, accommodating dietary needs as required

Our team works closely with healthcare providers, case managers, and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care that meets both medical and emotional needs. The home-like setting encourages stability, routine, and quality of life while allowing residents to age with dignity.
