Sandra’s Adult foster care its a warm , structured, and active environment. We treat residents as part of the family, focusing on community engagement, music and quiet evenings.

Personal Care Assistant- Hands-on assistance and reminders with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.

Medication Management- Full medication administration.

Healthcare Coordination- Scheduling, transportation, and attendance at all medical appointments.

Behavioral Support- Experienced in utilizing positive support practices and managing challenging behaviors ( low to moderate intensity)

House hold services- All meals provided, laundry assistance. and training/ supervision in daily house hold chores

Daily/weekly outings for recreation, employment or volunteer activities.
