Our facility is a one level house with 4 big rooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has its bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms share one bathroom. We accept CADI Waivers, Elderly Waivers and Private Pay.

24-hour snacks available.

Rent is based on the resident’s social security money (so that resident can have some money left for his or her personal use). Designated smoke areas. Ramp for wheelchair and walker accessibility. Trustcare is 24-hour customized living. Nursing aide is in the facility 24/7. We provide 3 square meals and 24/7 snacks. Individualized care plan, medication and hospital appointments are managed and coordinated by a registered nurse. RN can be reached by phone 24/7. Meals are prepared based on residents preferences and dietary needs.
