Adult foster care (waiting list)

We provide a person centered approach to meet the specific needs of our foster care individuals. All of our foster care sites accommodate up to four individuals and provide the comforts of a typical home or apartment. We provide a variety of supports including services to individuals who have SPMI, TBI, DD diagnosis, and difficult behavioral needs.

supported apartments

Our Supported Apartments provide individuals who are capable of managing living on their own, but just need certain supports to assist with their everyday living. We work hard to offer a variety of complex support options within our apartment style setting that still lets the individual feel the freedoms and liberties of living on their own.

We provide a person centered approach to meet the specific needs of our Supported Living Service individuals.  All of our Supported Living Service sites can accommodate up to four individuals and provide the comforts of a typical home or apartment. We take pride in providing services to a variety of the DD population.
