CJ AFC is a warm, family-centered adult foster care home offering compassionate, personalized care in a safe and supportive environment. We currently have two room openings available for new residents.

With over six years of experience as caregivers and nursing assistants, our providers have worked in a variety of settings, including group homes, assisted living, and nursing facilities.

Specialized Care by Experienced Providers
Lead provider Fayu Chiri has extensive hands-on experience supporting individuals with:

• Brain injury

• Physical disabilities

• Dementia and Alzheimer’s

• Diabetes and insulin management

• Medication administration

We’re equipped to use mobility and support equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, EZ stands, hoyer lifts, and sliding boards—ensuring safety and comfort for each resident.

What We Offer:

• Private rooms with high-speed internet and TV

• Three healthy meals per day plus two snacks (or as needed)

• Daily laundry and housekeeping services

• 24/7 personalized care

• Encouraged family and friend visitations (with prior approval)
