Twin Cities Living Assistance is a welcoming assisted living facility located in Burnsville. We currently have four openings, including a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and three additional rooms with shared bathrooms. Our facility provides personalized care and support tailored to each resident’s needs. Services include personal care and daily assistance, medication administration, three nutritious meals and snacks daily, housekeeping and laundry, 24-hour staff supervision, social and recreational activities, and transportation assistance as needed.

We accept residents with intellectual disabilities (DD), autism, behavioral issues, chronic illness, and memory loss, and are licensed to accept CADI, CAC, and BI/TBI waivers, as well as private pay. Our staff are fluent in English, Somali, Arabic, and Swahili, ensuring residents can communicate comfortably.
