3. Subscription Terms and Payment Policies

  • By accessing and using the Website, you agree to subscribe to a paid Directory Plan, which automatically renews monthly or annually based on your selection.

  • To cancel your subscription and avoid renewal charges, you must send a written notice via email to [mary@mafomn.com] at least 7 days before the renewal date.

  • Refunds for annual plans will be prorated based on the then-current monthly rate.

  • A processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction will be deducted from any refund amount, per the policies of our payment processor.

  • By submitting payment, you expressly agree to these subscription and refund terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
